WORKSHOPS

Fixed Length Workshops:
Workshops are 90 or 120 minutes each for 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks. Payments are made in advance for blocks of the course. A deposit is required to reserve your spot in the class. No workshop can be confirmed without full payment in advance.

Ongoing Workshops:
Workshops are 90 or 120 minutes each. Payments are made in advance for blocks of four (4) classes. Workshop enrollment is renewable and payment for the next 4 classes is due on the fourth week. No workshops can be booked without full payment in advance.

A minimum of twenty-four (24) hour notice prior to the scheduled session must be given when missing a workshop session as a courtesy to the instructor and other class members.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Block of 4 Lessons:
Lessons are 50 minutes each. Payments are made in advance for blocks of four (4) lessons. Enrollment is renewable and payment for the next 4 lessons is due on the fourth week. No lessons can be booked without full payment in advance.

*** Blocks of 4 lessons are considered a course and tuition is non-refundable. A minimum of twenty-four (24) hour notice prior to the lesson is requested as a courtesy. If there are extenuating circumstances, we - at the sole discretion of Grace Notes - may offer a partial refund.

Single Lessons:
Lessons are 50 minutes each. A deposit equal to one (1) lesson is required in advance. No lesson can be booked without full payment of deposit. Lessons are then paid for at the beginning of each session. At the first lesson, please be prepared to pay for the next lesson.  The deposit is held in an escrow account and can be used for the last lesson or refunded to you.  Discounts are available if you book in blocks of four (4) lessons.

*** A minimum of twenty-four (24) hour notice prior to the lesson must be given when canceling a single lesson. If a lesson is canceled in less than 24 hours, it will be charged in full.

All courses are contingent upon enrollment.
The Singers Center reserves the right to cancel any course if there is insufficient enrollment.

Fees and class schedules are also subject to change but students will be notified in advance.
