Admission Requirements
The Singers Center is committed to providing learning & networking opportunities for both professional and non-professional singer-musicians in jazz, pop or other styles of contemporary music; our admissions procedures reflect that commitment. There is no registration or admission application fee. However, For first time students, we require an admissions interview. We also require you to read, sign and submit our School Policy Form with your Registration Application. Full payment will be due in advance for the course(s) you wish to take. For more experienced students, we want to know that
you have been singing for a sufficient amount of time and/or that your
musical background is such that you can demonstrate an understanding
of technique and presentation. In addition to the application and interview,
Instructor approval is required as a pre-requisite
for more advanced courses to place you in the appropriate level with
other students. You can e-mail, fax or mail the Policy Form and Registration to: The Singers Center Once your application has been received and reviewed, we will notify you via email (or regular mail, if you have not provided an email address) to schedule an interview and/or audition. After you have been accepted, you will have access to our Current Students section of the Singers Center web site. Financial Aid At this time, the Singers Center does not offer financial aid.
